Matthias brings a passion to help churches and individuals experience the reality of God's Presence and Kingdom in everyday life. Through biblical teaching, Spirit-led ministry, and activation, people are invited into deeper intimacy with God and a greater expectation for what He wants to do today.

With over 25 years as a senior pastor, Matthias has deep intimate experience of how to build not only a church, but systems and people who become great and host the Presence of God. Beyond speaking, Matthias loves to come alongside churches, teams, and growing leaders for coaching and consulting. Whether you're interested in one-on-one coaching, leadership consulting for your church, or developing your team through a staff retreat, Matthias has the experience and heart to help you become all God made you to be.
Raising Children with His Presence at the Center
Matthias and Ruth have been married for 25+ years with four wonderful children (ages 13-25). With lots of wins, losses, and learning moments under their belt, they help parents build healthy, connected families shaped by an awareness of God’s Presence. Rather than relying on one formula for every child, they encourage parents to listen to God, understand each child’s unique needs, and create loving boundaries that bring security, connection, and growth.
Together, they speak in Sunday services, parent gatherings, online classes, and podcasts, offering practical and faith-filled guidance for everyday family life.
